Brasserie Zédel, London, UK

Brasserie Zédel  is a true embodiment of the Parisian Brasserie within the historic setting of one of Europe’s Art Deco interiors.  In addition to the Brasserie, there is the Bar Américain and The Crazy Coqs Bar & Cabaret, as well as the ZL Café on street level. The Brasserie is open from noon till midnight, offering  value-for-money traditional French brasserie menu.  Once part of the Regent Palace Hotel, the 1930s Oliver Bernard design of the rooms has been painstakingly restored by the Crown Estate as part of its Quadrant 3 development, Europe’s most sustainable building.
