Carlo e Camilla, Milan, Italy

Carlo e Camilla restaurant is housed in a historic sawmill, creating a foil for the otherwise super-polished dining experience. Two long cross-configuration tables seat 65 in a communal arrangement. The kitchen is entrusted to the Chef Emanuele Romagna Pollini and a team of young chefs, under the direction of Chef Carlo Cracco. The culinary offer is a concert of flavors clear and unexpected details. The origin of all are the raw materials of the highest quality, selected in full compliance with the seasons and favoring the production of the territory.
